My teacher, My Hero
What is a hero? Heroes for me are not those make believe characters who wear fancy costumes and fight evil to save us from evil. A hero for me is not necessarily having superpowers . My example of a hero is my teacher. I have spent half of my life at school and my teachers. I know some of my teachers from the lower grades don’t remember me anymore but I don’t really blame them for that. There are a lot of students they are teaching I often wonder how they can manage having so many children around with different attitudes.
I have met this teacher once whom I can say really touched my life. I was not her favourite student and to be honest , I don’t like her. I hate the subject that she teaches and she talks so fast that I could not understand. She was the first teacher who scolded me in front of my class mates, the first teacher who humiliated me in front of the whole class but I have nothing to complain. I know she did that because she wanted me to learn and to have the interest to know more. She saved me from my logic about education. Though she has no powers, she’s more likely a hero to me before and that’s what I like about her the most. That’s why I really honor the excellence of every teacher in this planet.
So my fellow students, let us thank our teachers for teaching us not just to write, read or to solve math but let us thank them for letting us be part of their life most importantly, let us thanks them because they are the ones who prepares us for the real world.
      THANK YOU TEACHERS.

                      Deconstruction of Thank You Ma’am
Opening the mind of people is what the story “Thank You Ma’am “ is all about , opening the mind of people that disciplining a child is not just hitting them. That it can also be done by having conservations and examples to the kid. I think by doing this, all of us can raise a world of peace. The story is an eye opener for all of us and it’s a good story for me to read . The story is also nice and I like it because I can really relate to it. We all experienced how to be a seven year-old and want things we could not get though I have cried I have never experienced stealing one’s pocketbook just to get money. I did experienced stealing from my mother’s purse and I remember ed my father paddling me whenever he caught me. But I would still go and steal but when my mother caught me she did not do anything to hurt me. But she told me that if I won’t stop stealing money from them, she will be imprisoned. And from that time on I would just ask my mother for money if I need some. And I think what my mother did was quite similar to what Mrs. Jones did. She taught the boy a valuable lesson. She did not let the boy to be locked in jai maybe because she knew he would not learn a lesson from those who are inside the prison, instead she gave gave the boy the money he needed to buy the blue suede shoes. Now you don’t get to meet people like Mrs. Jones nowadays. But I really believe that people like Mrs. Jones are he people that should be followed because they showed good example to all of us.
Other people may think that what Mrs. Jones did was immoral but I think she was setting an example. I believe that should be follow. It may not be reasonable but if we just widen our mind to what the writer is trying to tell us, we will understand why Mrs. Jones preferred to show affection to the boy than to hurt or pout him to prison.
